He found after studying the top performers and in his own coaching and mentoring practice to achieve success requires both a personal focus combined with professional techniques. He has collected these strategies into programs for achieving success in consultative selling, marketing, leading high performance teams and most of all “Creating a Better YOU.”
Richard used these strategies to pursue a passion...becoming a race car driver. Racing taught him many skills that he incorporated in his coaching, speaking and training.
